Baseballs Disappearing? Here’s One Easy Way to Track Them

Baseball disappearance: It can happen so slowly that you might not notice until one day it seems like half of your supply is missing.

Baseballs are easy to lose, but small businesses can’t afford to ignore the cost of frequent baseball replacement.

So, what to do?

Our first attempt to track baseballs at DNA Sports Center was to write our business name on each ball with a Sharpie. (It didn’t help.)

Then, we asked instructors to provide and track the baseballs for their own lessons, with somewhat more success.
